Led the design of a blank forms collection that pushed the boundaries of traditional direct-to-film printing. Assessed end-to-end blended margin, from base form cost through on-demand printing, to achieve target margin and revenue goals. Collaborated with international vendors to develop high-quality forms informed by industry research and competitive analysis, working through technical product design, prototype development, and surface treatments optimized for direct-to-film printing. Partnered with production print artists in Austin, TX to establish direct-to-film printing guidelines, color consistency, and quality standards for each form. Ensured international vendors met all partnership requirements to support licensed design printing in accordance with Erin Condren contracts.
