Began as a graphic and production designer in stationery before expanding into product design and operations departments as the company grew into new stationery & lifestyle categories. Worked directly with the Head of New Product Development and the CEO, overseeing design research, ideation, proposal presentation, prototyping, production, manufacturing, and quality across diverse categories including Wedding, Art, Baby & Kids, and Home. Also collaborated with operations to create a bespoke wedding concierge service where Minted designers work directly with clients to provide etiquette guidance, design support, and personalized assistance in creating their ideal wedding suite.
