Founded and sole owner and artist of Knead to Make, a custom cake artistry studio operating from 2012–2019. Knead to Make focused on a holistic approach to cake design, creating simple yet elegant confections that celebrated natural materials in their purest form. Collaborated with florists, stylists, and event planners, as well as contributed to major publications, crafting pieces that balanced classic sensibility with modern design — all without compromising on taste.
